How do you price a cleanup?

Cleanups start from $2,500. Your exact price comes after I've reviewed your QuickBooks file. The review is free and takes two hours or less once you share access. Then I walk you through what I found and what the cleanup will cost.

What does monthly bookkeeping cost?

Monthly bookkeeping starts from $400 a month. Cash projections are a separate service you can add.

A previous bookkeeper left a mess, and some months were never done. Can you fix that?

Yes. Catching up missed months is part of the cleanup. Loretta F. said I “caught us up on the months where we had no bookkeeping being done at all.”

What will I need to send?

A cleanup moves as fast as your documents arrive: access to your QuickBooks file, your most recent bank, loan and credit card statements, your formation documents, any point of sale reports and your previous tax returns. I confirm the list on the findings call.

How soon can we start?

Onboarding usually takes one business week, sooner when access and documents come in quickly. Cleanups are completed in 30 days or less.

Do you only look at the past?

No. I match the past to your bank, then use it to inform the future: what changed from one month to the next, and the months ahead projected, so you can course-correct in time.

Do you work with clients outside Saint Louis?

Yes. I work with QuickBooks clients remotely, across the US.
